Global Visibility

Global Portfolio

Global Portfolio provides a comprehensive summary of all R&D Assets/ Compounds and Clinical Trials that are in various trial states, trial phases and countries. It provides visibility into all countries, manufacturing sites, distribution depots and clinical sites that are participating in the clinical trials. It also provides details of number of sites, subjects which are planned for enrolment and actual enrolment of sites, subjects.

NOTE: On navigation to Trial Insights tab if you are not able to see correct data / if you want to reset the selection on the dashboard then click on

  1. Reset/Clear selection button in slicers pane.
  2. On clicking any country in the Map visual, all visuals in the report will interact and display data corresponding to the selected location.

  1. Compound - Is multiselect and filters all visuals.
  2. Trials - Is multiselect and filters all visuals.
  3. Country - Is multiselect and filters all visuals.

Manufacturing Sites / Distribution Depots / Clinical Sites

  1. All 3 tabs when clicked will show respective data on map. Manufacturing Sites are selected by default.
  2. Map changes based on which of 3 tabs which are selected.

Trial Details

  1. The Trial Details Tab provides a comprehensive summary of all Clinical Trials that are in various trial states, trial phases for a particular country.

Export Data to Excel

Note: This is applicable to all the tables in the report.

  1. If you hover over any table the More options will appear, click on the three dots.
  2. Here you will see Export data option, which will export the data to excel in the same table format.

Global Material Supply

  1. This section shows the summary of material supply details, including manufacturing orders, depots, inventory, and in-transit quantities.

  1. This dropdown allows you to select specific material. Once a selection is made, all visuals on the page will automatically filter based on the chosen material.
  2. Right-click on the "View Details" button/icon to open the context menu, then select Drill through.
  3. Click on "Global Material supply [Inventory and Logistics]" it will take you to the details page.
